- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Commercial Manager for airport project. This role will involve managing the entire bidding process from the initial tender notification to bid submission, focusing on both technical and commercial aspects.
- Analyze tenders/RFQs and RFIs, ensuring compliance with all technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and supporting materials, ensuring timely submission.
- Review and evaluate the technical requirements of the tender, ensuring a clear understanding of project specifications.
- Suggest appropriate alternatives to optimize design, cost, and timelines where necessary.
- Conduct cost estimation and price negotiation, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
