- IT infrastructure, IT applications & services, e-commerce features, social & digital media, guest engagement features, productivity applications, data management & mining tools, IT vulnerability Safety & security, data migration & storage.
- Evaluate the IT readiness of the organization in terms of relevance, upgradation, productivity, efficiency, guest-friendly technology interface, database management, data analysis tools & reports, and data mining & processing platforms, with a long-term (3-5 years) improvement program for all functions of the company management.
- Develop custom-made applications and seasonal strategies to maximize technology usage for business growth and rationalize resource management for regular cost optimization levels.
- Participate as an IT facilitator in all future projects of the organization.
