- Should have understanding & knowledge of the processes involved in digital account opening and knowledge of the KYC process; an RM-assisted journey is a must.
- Should be well versed with account opening processes and dependencies with exchanges, DPs, and KRAs.
- Look after day-to-day activities, UAT testing, production support, and maintaining an issue tracker of the process with the following being the measurement matrix:
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve the product.
