- Plan, supervise, and execute electrical maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, sensors, and control systems.
- Ensure minimum machine breakdown and maximum equipment availability.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance according to the schedule.
- Monitor electrical power consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Maintain electrical panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, and other utility equipment.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for breakdown and planned maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, statutory requirements, and PPE usage.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts inventory.
- Supervise electricians and contractors, and allocate daily maintenance tasks.
