Leads the business development efforts (from introduction to first revenue) for JEPL’s aerospace & defense market growth, including market analysis and understanding, OEM and Tier engagement, key supplier interaction, and sales/margin generation above an agreed-upon level annually.
Ensures returns in the current year from past business development initiatives.
Assumes the leadership position in negotiation of contracts, including terms &conditions of sale, between JEPL and the customer.
Secures credibility for JEPL in the local and global aerospace & defense market bydeveloping strategic relationships with key aerospace OEMs, Tiers, and suppliers.
