Project Manager (Roads & Structures)

💼 Experience: 8-12 Years
- To independently manage and control assigned road and structure packages under PMC/PCMC projects, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, work programmer and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and maintain activity-wise, location-wise and work-front-wise execution plans aligned with the approved baseline schedule.
- Coordinate setting out, survey, levels, alignment, cross-sections, chainages and quantity calculations with survey teams.
- Coordinate utility shifting/protection for water, sewerage, stormwater, electrical, telecom and other underground/overhead services.
- Drive safety compliance including excavation safety, traffic management, lifting, work near utilities, work at height, night work and plant movement.
- Manage monsoon preparedness, dewatering, drainage and protection of completed works, particularly for urban road and structure projects.
