Civil Enginner - Finishing Works

- Prepare detailed finishing execution plans, micro-schedules and weekly/fortnightly look-ahead plans aligned with the master project schedule.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, approved materials, mock-ups and method statements before commencement of each activity.
- Plan and release work fronts in logical sequence considering structure, MEP first-fix, waterproofing, façade, services and access constraints.
- Lead execution of internal and external plaster, gypsum/plasterboard, blockwork interfaces, screeds, tiling, stone,
- marble/granite, flooring, painting, false ceilings, doors/windows, joinery and other architectural finishes.
- Coordinate wet-area waterproofing, terrace waterproofing, toilet/kitchen finishes and associated pond tests, inspections and approvals.
- Coordinate façade-related finishing interfaces including external plaster/paint, cladding, sealants, windows, railings and architectural features.
- Ensure approved mock-ups and benchmark rooms/areas are established before mass production.
- Manage subcontractors: mobilization, productivity, manpower deployment, work allocation, measurements, billing inputs,quality and recovery plans.
