- Ensure Profitability of Plant and Machinery Division.
- Review the Proposed Plant and Machinery Allotment (PPA) as per the P&M Deployment schedule received from project site
- Ensure deployment of P&M at project sites as per timelines agreed in PPA.
- Ensure transfer of P&M from one project to another and at central workshop.
- Ensure P&M are available and utilized at project sites as per pre defined availability and consumption norms.
- Ensure periodic and breakdown maintenance is conducted at all project sites as per the process defined in SOP
