- Implement and administer all aspects of site-specific health, safety, and accident prevention programs.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct safety induction programs for all employees, contractors, and workers joining the project site.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the workplace.
- Develop and implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans.
