- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules for EPC Flyover, Bridge, and Elevated Structure projects.
- Review and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for planning and progress monitoring.
- Develop baseline project schedules using MSP (Microsoft Project) and Primavera P6.
- Plan, monitor, and control project progress against approved timelines, milestones, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track critical activities and critical paths, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions and recovery plans.
- Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, equipment, and manpower as per project requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
