- Must have experience working on infrastructure projects such as Metro, Roads, National Highways, Bridges, and Expressways.
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, measurement, and billing for civil construction works.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in contractor billing, client billing, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Ability to analyze project costs and monitor budget utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in preparing variation orders, extra item claims, and supporting documentation.
- Good understanding of contract conditions, project specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
