- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
- Handle RA bills (Running Account Bills) for client and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit client billing as per work progress
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills with measurements
- Track and reconcile work quantities vs billed quantities
- Maintain billing register, invoice records & payment tracking
