- End-to-end ownership of tender processes such as RFQ, RFP, EPC, HAM, BOT, and item-rate contracts.
- Evaluation and analysis of bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Review of BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and underlying cost assumptions.
