💼 Experience: 8–18 years
- Evaluate opportunities for acquisition through NCLT, CIRP, and resolution processes.
- Conduct legal, financial, and technical due diligence on distressed assets.
- Assess land-use, zoning, and development feasibility of acquired assets.
- Work closely with Resolution Professionals (RPs), legal advisors, and financial institutions.
- Structure transactions and resolution plans in line with IBC frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, planning, projects) post-acquisition.
