- Lead due diligence on land titles, ownership, encumbrances, and legal risks.
- Ensure full compliance with local land policies, zoning laws, and planning norms.
- Liaise with government authorities for land-use change, zoning approvals, and sanctions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, design, finance, projects) for land acquisition execution.
- Support negotiation and closure of land deals with landowners and stakeholders.
