- Ensure end-to-end compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to Mutual Funds, AMCs as relevant.
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of SEBI circulars, guidelines, and amendments issued from time to time.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Legal, Risk, Finance, IT, and Investment teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance checklists, registers, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Assist in timely filing and reporting to SEBI, Custodians, and Stock Exchanges.
- Monitor compliance related to KYC, AML, and investor grievance redressal mechanisms.
