- Manage and execute high-rise building projects of 30+ floors, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Independently handle end-to-end execution of at least one completed high-rise project from excavation to handover.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Mivan shuttering/formwork systems, including cycle planning, assembly, stripping,and reuse.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities related to RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting for high-rise structures.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards at site.
- Prepare and track construction schedules, daily progress reports, and resource planning.\
