- Act as the client-side architectural lead for all non-aeronautical commercial developments within airport premises.
- Lead and oversee architectural design development from concept stage through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Review, evaluate, and approve design submissions prepared by external architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure all designs comply with airport master planning guidelines, branding standards, operational requirements, and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including commercial, operations, planning, engineering, safety, and project management departments.
- Ensure compliance with national and local building codes, airport regulations, fire and life safety norms, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Conduct design audits, technical reviews, and site inspections to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.
