- Overall responsibility for Quantity Surveying and Billing activities for metro rail projects.
- Preparation, verification, and certification of RA bills, final bills, and variation bills.
- Measurement of executed work based on approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Preparation of detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Assisting in budget control and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparation of tender estimates, budget estimates, and cost comparisons.
