- Oversee preparation and finalization of Quarterly & Annual financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated) in line with Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations.
- Ensure timely closure of books, audit coordination, and board-level reporting.
- Ensure Accounting compliance for MCA, SEBI (LODR), RBI, FEMA, and other regulatory filings.
- Periodically Review Project wise profitability, cost optimization, and Debtors / Creditors accounts.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Bank Auditors.
- To fine tune ERP Accounting system for better controls and reporting requirements.
