- Execute civil works as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare day-wise and week-wise work plans based on the master schedule and disseminate targets to the site team.
- Lead and supervise the team of site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, billing, and execution teams for smooth project progress.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and contractors for timely execution.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
