- Implement and streamline HR processes, SOPs, and policies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit Act, and other regulations.
- Oversee monthly payroll inputs , manage annual increment cycles, salary restructuring, and compensation benchmarking.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll audits, reconciliation, and payouts.
- Support performance review cycles, appraisal documentation, and feedback systems.
- Monitor HR dashboards, MIS reports, manpower trackers, and statutory compliance reports.
- Ensure implementation of HR best practices and continuous improvement of HR processes.
