- Overall experience of project management in terms of client management, sub cons management and monitoring, report writing, presentation skills
- Visualization ability, decision making ability and resource optimization.
- Domain knowledge on urban planning and industrial planning, working knowledge of GIS, MSP, report writing, proficient in preparing presentation slides, etc.
- Earlier experience in area development, working with govt clients and handling projects as a key team member will be advantage.
- Lead the design and execution of master plans, public realm strategies, and urban regeneration projects.
