- Prepare P&M budget for the project, ensuring effective cost control.
- Review the commissioning and maintenance & Repairs of equipment deployed at site.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all machinery and equipment, including breakdown analysis and detailed reporting.
- Supervise the operation of equipment used in Viaduct, Launching Operations, or tunnel projects. Monitor project machinery maintenance and resolve outstanding issues, and ensure quality and timely completion of machine readiness.
- Support the team by defining and implementing standard maintenance practices.
