- Prepare, submit, and manage Environmental Clearance (EC) applications under MoEF &CC and State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) guidelines.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities for obtaining Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) approvals.
- Review and interpret Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and site assessment studies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental norms, pollution control regulations, and National Green Tribunal (NGT) directives.
- Handle documentation, liaison, and reporting for licenses, permits, and NOC renewals.
