Ensuring that all sales targets defined in terms of market share, assets under management by asset class or total, gross sales, net sales, number of customer accounts, number of transactions, number of SIPs, etc. are met
Developing new markets adjoining the base city as a separate target.
Acquiring and handling key high net worth customers in given geography.
Appointing distributors in the territory handled and managing relationships with existing banks and national distributors.
Accountability for implementing all sales and distribution initiatives including sales promotion drives, new product launches etc.
Reporting to Regional Head on progress, giving market updates, taking feedback and implementation.
Managing a team of sales and distribution staff - permanent as well as outsourced for given territory.
Training internal sales team as well as distributors on markets and products.
