- Responsible for contractor and client billing, including interim and final bills.
- Handle vendor invoice validation, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Subcontractor Bills, and Material Reconciliation.
- Conduct Rate Analysis and verify quantities.
- Prepare and submit Client Billing and Lender IPCs for client certification.
- Prepare Change of Scope Bills and support in related approvals.
