- Assist senior management in identification and evaluation of business opportunities in domestic and international markets aligned with company capabilities.
- Understand technical requirements of the project and prepare technical write up of the proposal with help of engineering team
- Estimation of engineering hours for execution of the project.
- Assist senior management in client meetings to understand project requirements and craft tailored techno-commercial proposals.
- Prepare scope documents for appointment of subconsultants.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and proposals, perform comparative assessments, and support vendor finalization based on technical and commercial parameters.
