- Supporting a team of senior professionals nationally to spearhead transformational growth through strategic initiatives and focused land/project acquisitions.
- Identifying & acquisition of land, from sourcing to handing it over for development.
- Maintaining relationships with end-IPC and Channel partners, know the market with latest trends.
- Analyze Financial viability of land. Present to the board for project approvals - In-depth understanding of all the bye laws, compliances needed to operate & build projects.
- Develop new clients & manage existing relationships to build a pipeline of transactions.
