- Identifying NPA and Distressed Assets: Proactively identify and source stressed properties and NPAs, including land, real estate, and projects in financial distress or under NCLT proceedings.
- NCLT Resolution Framework: Manage and evaluate distressed assets involved in NCLT proceedings, ensuring alignment with the legal and regulatory framework under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Monitor NPA and Project Status: Track the progress of acquired NPAs and distressed properties, managing the portfolio to ensure timely recovery and value maximization.
- Due Diligence: Conduct extensive due diligence, including legal, financial, and technical assessments, to evaluate the feasibility and potential risks of acquiring distressed assets under NPA or NCLT.
- Asset Turnaround or Sale: Based on evaluations, recommend strategies for asset turnaround, sale, or liquidation.
